How to Use

Adults 15 – 30 sprays topically rubbed into the skin. You may layer the sprays or apply to multiple areas until you reach desired number of sprays. Start with 15 sprays and increase by 5 sprays until you find your #magoilmagic number. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 minutes.Approximately 100mg / 10 sprays.*When applying magnesium oil at full strength, avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and other sensitive areas including face and chest. If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with cool water. Slight itching is normal and will dissipate in 10-15 mins. May also apply a body oil or body butter after application to reduce any itch or discomfort.**Magnesium Oil can cause irritation to freshly shaved skin. Avoid application within 24 hours of shaving.

I was honestly sceptical about trying this but my daughter has been so hard to get to sleep lately.
