Essential for pre bed baths

My kids typically get growing/ muscle pains in their knees, especially if we've had a really active day or they're behind on sleep and extra tired. A half hour bath before bed with a cup of these salts always does the trick. And it's a total life saver for period cramps as well. Works way better at relaxing the body that standard epson salts!

Not your ordinary bath salts

I was skeptical if these would make a noticeable difference from regular epson salts, but I was really wrong! I don't have baths crazy often, but when I do its usually to soothe really sore muscles from training or to ease the pain from intense *** cramps. They work so well, and also make me sleep like a baby if I have a bath right before bed. It's worth the switch from regular salts!
