Magnesium is known as the "relaxation mineral" relieves muscle tension and promotes a restful sleep.

Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate

A modified sugar isolated from granules of corn and wheat. An all natural, biodegradble and gluten-free thickener.

How to Use

Apply Só Magnesium Gel and gently massage into skin. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 mins.

*Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, broken skin, and other sensitive areas such as your face. If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with cool water. Slight itching/warming is normal and will dissipate in 10-15 mins.

Love it

I like how it’s not as oily as the magnesium oil spray that I’ve been using for a long time. However I love them both! Instantly gives me relief of sore muscles. I keep going back and forth since I have both now! L
