directions: add one to three tablespoons to warm running bath water. Intended to be used in place of soap.

eczema mask: mix coco oat milk bath powder with a little water and apply to the eczema patches. leave on for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water only. avoid soap on the eczema patches. repeat daily for 2 weeks for best results.

face mask: mix coco oat milk bath powder with a little water and apply to the face. leave on for 5 minutes and rinse with warm water.

cradle cap: make a paste by mixing coco oat milk bath powder with a little water and rub gently into the scalp. comb and rinse out with water only. no other soaps or shampoos. repeat daily for 2 weeks for best results.
