Magnesium Oil is for use at the end of the day to promote a sense of relaxation and wellbeing through massage. Apply before bedtime to the neck and shoulder area, lower back, legs or even the bottoms of your feet.
Dosage: 31% Concentration | Approximately 200 mg of elemental Magnesium per 10 sprays.
Ingredients: Distilled Water and Magnesium Chloride.
How to Use
\n\nDirections: Adults 15 – 30 sprays topically rubbed into the skin. You may layer the sprays or apply to multiple areas until you reach desired number of sprays. Start with 15 sprays and increase by 5 sprays until you find your #magoilmagic number. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 minutes.

Miracle Oil
I just wanted to say thank you! You’re oatmeal bath has been a go to for me for my sons eczema since he was a little babe, and now the mag oil is my miracle cure. I’m 13 weeks preggers, have a 2.5 year old and run an in home daycare. My SI joints don’t agree with pregnancy so I’ve already been so sore it was getting difficult to care for the kids, and nothing I’ve tried has helped until I started using the mag oil. I use it nightly now and hardly have anymore pain. So thank you!!
Mag oil
My sister recommended giving mag oil a try after a car accident last November for the aches and pains and ecebtually I started using it to help my insomnia. It has been wonderful for both pains and sleep. I would highly recommend giving it a try!!
